Mindfulness Workshop for Tweens & Teens

For youth age 8-17 years old. Join us for an interactive workshop on building resiliency with mindfulness educator Tania Hollos from Be Present. This workshop is designed to engage youth about mindfulness and how it can be used as a tool to keep moving forward through life. Each workshop includes fun and interactive activities and mindfulness exercises to engage the tween or teen mind. This month's workshop focuses on finding your strengths.
Be Present's mindfulness educator, Tania Hollos, is a Wyomissing graduate with over 25 years of experience as an educator and has specialized in social and emotional learning for students in grades pre-K to 12th grade throughout her career. Tania has a Master's degree in Education and currently works in schools delivering mental health programs and services to middle and high school students.
