Property Tax and Rent Rebate

A representative from the office of Senator Judith L. Schwank will be at the library on Thursday, April 18th from 12 Noon until 5 PM to assist people with Property Tax forms and Rent Rebate forms. For property tax rebates, individuals need to bring a copy of their 2023 paid property tax and proof of income; for rent rebates, a 2023 rent certificate signed by the landlord and proof of income. For direct deposit of any rebate the routing number and account number of one’s checking or savings account is necessary; first-time applicants need to bring identification.
